• Shipping

International Orders (in Korea)

Flat cost $15.00

Orders in Korea are shipped via ACI Express, a partnership with our company, and they provide a track of the entire delivery process at the same time when you ordering.    

​

The expected delivery time is 5-10 days from the day after the order is completed, and 10-14 days for remote regions.

Local orders (Within New Zealand)

Delivery within New Zealand is carried out via NZ Post Courier Economy, with a maximum weight limit of 25kg. Delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days, and the cost is calculated based on the gross weight.

• International Orders (Outside of Korea)

 

Not provide it.

Wellbeing Gonggan Limited is open 5 days a week, Mon-Fri. All orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day.

 

• International shoppers

Import duties, taxes and costs are not included in the item price or shipping cost. This part is the buyer's responsibility. If you would like to know the additional cost before purchasing, please contact Customs.

However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and us or the information stored on this Site are absolutely secure. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletters (if applicable) and to personalise your shopping experience with us. Each individual using our website is also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their user ID. However, in the event of any unauthorized use of your user ID or any other information, we request that you immediately notify us. We will do our best to provide assistance and prevent further unauthorized use.

 

Individual profile and company details are not used for any other purpose. Details are only supplied to a third party supplier when it is required by law, for goods or services which you have purchased or to protect Wellbeing Gonggan Limited copyright, trademarks and other legal rights.

All information received from customers is stored in our web hosting company, WIX. • Cancellations and Refund policy

We will give a full refund if the goods are not in an acceptable quality; you must contact us within 24 hours of arrival either by phone or email.

We recommend you check the contents of your parcel prior to signing the courier.

Please include a photo when you notify us of damaged items. 

If you receive a refund, you will receive a full refund via PayPal, excluding postage.

We do not accept cancellations once your order has been handed to our courier for delivery.

We do not refund for change of mind returns. 

 

• Payment

The payment method on your order is available in various ways that PayPal supports, including your credit card. All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars and may be subject to currency exchange charges.

 

• Pricing

All prices on our website are represented in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include New Zealand goods and services tax (GST).  All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter our prices for any reason at any time.

 

• Disclaimer

We will not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to (or inability to access) our website.  This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from our website, your use of (or reliance on) any of the information or materials available on our website, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action.

Consumers must review their order carefully prior to submitting. Once the order is submitted, no changes or cancellations can be made. That includes address changes on orders and re-shipments for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
